Remodeling Process Breakdown

Inspection, Estimate, Contract

After you contact us, our estimator will visit your house to do an inspection and take measurements. A project estimate will be provided. If everything sounds good, we'll have you sign a contract.

Work With Insurance Adjuster (If Applicable)

If your project is a result of any sort of home damage, we'll work with your insurance company to get the estimate approved to begin work.

Collect 50% and Begin Work

Once approved, we'll collect 50% of the payment to buy materials and will get started on your remodel. Our project manager will work with your schedule to find times that are most convenient for the construction crew to be in your home.

Collect 40% 2 Weeks Prior To Completion

2 weeks prior to completing the project, 40% of the project amount will be due. We'll send you a reminder when this is due and will send you project updates throughout the process.

Final Walkthrough & Collect Remaining Payment

Once the remodel is complete, our project manager will do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. At this point, the remaining project balance is due. We'll clean up and will leave you to enjoy your newly remodeled space.
