We keep it simple. 50% to start your project, 40% as we wrap up the final stages, and the last 10% only after our walkthrough, when everything is finished and you’re completely satisfied.

In most insurance claim projects, your only financial responsibility is your insurance deductible and any upgrades you choose beyond what insurance covers.
